Foundation Repair - Settling of Crawl Space Columns
The reason Marjorie had interior cracks in her walls is because her crawl space support columns were settling into the soil. Before the Cantey inspection, someone had put a lifting jack between the wood beams and the settling columns, which only caused more movement and never fixed the problem.
