Photo Album: PolyLevel Fixes the Final Puzzle Piece for Homeowner in Johns Island, SC
Brad K. has loved owning his Johns Island, SC vacation home but he has decided it is finally time to sell. His work schedule has prevented him from enjoying weekends away. Preparing a home to be on the market is no easy task and has required more of Brad's attention than he anticipated. Just when he thought he had everything in order, he tripped over the sidewalk leaving the house. The concrete slabs had become unlevel and Brad worried that he would have to replace them. Knowing this replacement would be costly, he searched the Internet for alternatives. He found Cantey Foundation Specialists and their PolyLevel process which came with a transferable warranty. He called in and set up an appointment with System Design Specialist Kendall Moore. When Kendall arrived, he knew that Brad wanted the PolyLevel installed and set up to see how he could map out a plan for installation. Kendall explained the process further which would begin with small holes being drilled through the concrete slabs. Then a liquid PolyLevel is injected underneath the concrete slabs, filling all the voids. As the PolyLevel hardens, it creates lift and stability and after 30 minutes is completely set. Brad was sold on the idea and ready to schedule his installation to fix the final puzzle piece of his home. Production Team Leader Jeremey Wilson and Production Team Member Nick Collins came out and successfully installed the PolyLevel process. Brad has already sold his home with the help of the Cantey team and the added value of the PolyLevel process.
